Making a Complaint

The AMA promotes best practice in the audio marketing industry, and takes complaints made against members very seriously. All members are required to comply with the AMA Code of Conduct at all times, and the AMA would like to thank in advance anyone who takes the opportunity to report suspected misconduct of a member to the association.

The Committee (excluding if appropriate, any Committee Member that is alleged to have breached the Code of Conduct) will investigate allegations, and report on the outcome to the complainant within 28 days.
